American Heart Association Race
Ran my first ever 5k this week (5 Kilometers), it was the American Heart Association Race on Wall Street, with my company. I had participated in other corporate races before, but I always walked. This time I ran, the whole thing 
. Ended up exhausted, it was hot. My time was 27:01, not terrible:
