Reflections of an "Old" Programmer
Good article. Interesting observation that Dr's and Lawyers' knowledge does not decay with time the way a software engineer's knowledge does. Forces you to be constantly update unlike other jobs. I don't agree 100% with everything Ben Northrop says, but it's pretty good.
