Michelin II
So, as a follow up to the Michelin post, Hans recommended this book:
The Perfectionist : Life and Death in Haute Cuisine
It is about the three-star chef in France who committed suicide because he thought he was being demoted from three Michelin stars to two. Apparently it has all the information you would ever want to know about the Michelin rating system.
I guess I will have to add it to my reading list. The new guide itself should arrive any day now.
