Cold winter 2015
Very cold last few days, we have not risen above 20 F which is not fun. This weekend was particularly bad, temperature went down to 4 F where we live and did not move up all night. When we woke up around 7 am it was still 4 F (approx. -16 C), with a wind chill as low as -11 F (-24 C), ridiculous.
Looks like it's going to continue like this all week, with Friday being the worst, forecasted to go below 0 F (not counting wind chill)

Back home
Great trip to Orlando, got back home tonight. Pleasant flight from Orlando to JFK, less than 3 hours, then took a car service back to my place. Unpacked, had light dinner, ready to go to bed More tomorrow.
PS: Watched La Isla Minima on the plane, pretty good.

Orlando trip
Still in Orlando, attending the Corporate Athlete Training Program at the High Performance Institute. Pretty cool stuff, but also demanding. We are getting up at 6 am and working well into the night every day. Tomorrow evening I fly back home!
