Yesterday in the evening I spent a small amount of time redesigning SeveJ Software which is my "fun projects" website. I use it post prototypes, ideas, experiments and so on. Very fun, and super helpful to have AI helping with iterations, themes and more.
I continue to take small steps towards the Power 9, as well as my Legends set. Only 5 cards short of the Legends set now, and 3 short of the Power 9. I am in no rush... will keep working on it.
Have been spending time on CodeX and I have to say it's an impressive tool. I used it to develop a WCAG Accessibility scanner. Took a few evenings, but the results are pretty amazing. Would have taken me weeks to get to the same spot, speed of development is accelerated by 3 to 10x I would estimate, for a single senior developer. I think will continue to see even greater things from AI.
Here we go, the big blizzard of 2026, with 27 inches of snow by us! We are on the south shore, on Easter Long Island.
Great trip to visit friends and do some skiing in VT this past long weekend. New memories made, great times on the slopes. It's a drag to get there, but then worth it.
