Tue night

Back from work. Stopped by The Gap to get some clothes. After years of training, I've develop this ability to pick out clothes that fit without having to try them on, which is a chore. From jeans to shirts, cargos or T's, I buy everything just by eyeing it . Works out 80% of the time.

Fixin' something for dinner. I might even go out later, who knows. We'll see if I have any energy left. But it wouldn't be until quite a bit later, gotta pack for tomorrow, etc.

Mon night II

Going to bed soon, getting tired, been up for like 19 hours now. Watched this week's Prison Break, pretty good. Didn't get to Vanished yet, have it reserved for tomorrow.

Even chillier outside. So sad the cold weather is coming, much prefer spring and summer.

I saw today Patrick Süskind's classic novel, Perfume (1985), has been released as a movie. I won't miss it. I read the book many years ago, and loved it.

Monday

Typical Monday at work, kind of long, but OK. Had lunch at a nice place in the neighborhood: Valbella. Never been there before. Cool atmosphere, good food.

Gearing up for the Cinci work trip this week, and for the weekend trip to visit friends in Seattle.

Weather is getting a bit chillier in the evenings, thermometer says 67 F right now, like 19 C or so.

Sunday II

And Federer wins the US Open. Sort of expected, he is just too good. Changed the batteries of my 2 watches, I had been meaning to do it for a while. This place on the corner of Broadway and 37th did it in 5 minutes.

Tweaked my projector vertial alignement, moved it up about 5 mm, and forward, filling the available 110" area almost exactly.

I am not super-hungry, not sure whether I should have dinner or not. We'll see.

Sunday

Got up relatively early, read the paper, talked to my parents. Getting hungry. Luckily I have Chinese lefovers. Sunny and nice, perfect temperature out. I think I will go for a walk, need to see if I can find a place that will replace the batteries in 2 watches.
