So, you can use an animated GIF as the home image for a blackberry. Interestingly enough it only cycles through the animation once. Hum. Looks cool, though. I played with a few. Did not see it documented anywhere as supported.

Monday
I know, I know, not very many updates recently. It's been a busy few days.
First, I had a trip from hell last week traveling from LGA to Cinci. With the t-storms Wed night, they cancelled almost all flights. I was at the airport basically from 5 pm till 1:30 am, as they kept delaying my flight by a couple hours at a time, and still promising us it would take off. Ultimately we boarded, push off, taxied, got on the runway, attempted to take off, and then the pilot announced we would not make it and had to go back to the gate. Apparently commercial flights are not supposed to be up between 2:30 am and 5:30 am, and the tower told him we would be on the ground in Cinci until about 3 am. Bummer.
Had to get a cab, go back home, call, rebook a flight (all flights full, of course), sleep a couple hours, take another cab to Newark, get delayed again, and ultimately take off.
Then the car rental place had cancelled my car reservation because I didn't show up the day before, had to sort that out. Same thing happened with the hotel, that took longer and was a pain, but ultimately I resolved it. I wasn't easy to remain calm and my inbox continue to fill at a rate of about 15 messages per hour.
Anyway, it all went fine.

Got home relatively late, need to pack up for tomorrow. Picked up some Subway on the way home. Always tastes the exact same, no matter what combination of ingredients and bread you pick.
Watching Ultraviolet, not impressed. Although Milla Jovovich is cool on almost anything (Resident Evil, The Fifth Element, etc.)
Very warm out today, had to turn on the A/C at home.

Fairly usual Monday at work, Mondays are always tough. In meetings pretty much all day tomorrow. Then leaving for Cinci Wed evening. Today was a bit warmer than Sunday, but still very manageable. It hasn't been super-hot just yet. My parents will be here in less than 2 weeks, kind of cool

Desktop
Finally decided to update my computer desktop wallpaper at home. This is not something I do lightly. To give you and idea, I have only used 3 different wallpapers in the past 10 years, so changes are very rare. Once I find something I like and fits all my criteria, I stick to it.
I could have screencapped it, which would be much easier, but instead I took the unusual step of taking a picture with the lights out for a more dramatic effect
