First trip traveling with Laia overseas, everything went well. She was good on the plane, only woke up once in the middle of the night. My parents picked us up and spent the day home, my brother came and Laia player with her cousins, Eli and Carolina, so fun.

Fun trip to the US Open with friends on Monday, ate at a nice restaurant indoors (Champions) and watched the Serena game.

Perfect weather.

Installed one of these in the bedroom, very convenient: USB power directly on the outlet. Good to charge any phone, iPad, etc.

Received the SD-card based disk drive hardware emulator this weekend, via Royal Mail, straight from the UK . Hooked it up to the Commodore 64, and it worked great. I inserted a 2Gb SD card with thousands of C64 games, and loaded the file browser, then scrolled down, picked Summer Games, and off it went. Loaded without a hitch. The familiar music started playing, so many memories!

Now I can load any C64 game fast and easily.
