Great trip to Orlando, got back home tonight. Pleasant flight from Orlando to JFK, less than 3 hours, then took a car service back to my place. Unpacked, had light dinner, ready to go to bed More tomorrow.
PS: Watched La Isla Minima on the plane, pretty good.
Still in Orlando, attending the Corporate Athlete Training Program at the High Performance Institute. Pretty cool stuff, but also demanding. We are getting up at 6 am and working well into the night every day. Tomorrow evening I fly back home!

We rented a car and drove to Stamford yesterday. Was a longer than usual trip b/c of the weather, it snowed part of the trip. We drove slow, got there to attend Rita's daugter, Camila's, birthday party. She made it all very nice, and Laia had a good time as well.
