Cooler today, and rainy most of the day. Met up with a couple good friends at Starbucks early this morning for tea/coffee, it was nice seeing them.

IM'd w/ Monika from Seattle briefly, she is in Italy for work and now going to Spain. I didn't have time to chat much, hope we connect again tomorrow. Also heard from Suki, whom I hand't been in touch with for a few weeks, her new job apparently is not as good as it seemed it was going to be.

It's Friday, which is a good thing. Looking forward to the weekend. Bill gets here in the evening.

Had dinner at Koi on Bryant Park with Hans last night, delicious as usual, nice atmosphere. We chatted until fairly late. Noticed my hosting company had some trouble last night causing my site to be down around 1 am, didn't last too long. Had lunch at the Black Pearl with an old friend yesterday as well, tried their lobster roll, pretty good.

Almost the weekend, which will be nice. My friend Bill is coming to visit, should be fun.

Watched today's episo, pretty good. Let's see how Michael is going to get out of Sona. I didn't realize the prison is inspired in a real Brazilian prison, Carandiru Prison, which was considered to be one of the largest and worst in the world. Several massacres took place in it, and riots were common. I believe it was finally closed in recent years.
