Tue, another day of heat in the city. Traded emails with Hans, they are planning on moving here the first week of August. Spoke to Chip and Bill on Sunday. Traded emails with Roland. Traded txt's with Paul, an old colleague, we'll have to get a drink some time soon. Had my BB for a few weeks now. I have a few comments. So, the keyboard is good, but the key distribution is not quite as optimal as in the old model where they keys were more spread out. It is very light (surprisingly so) and very thin and small, that I like. Fits well in your pocket, doesn't get in the way. The screen is very bright and has a high resolution. The camera is a 2 MP with a flash. It works fine, but don't expect anywhere near the quality of a good standalone cam. The worst thing is the shutter lag, which causes many pics to be blurry. I added a 2 Gb media card, which was easy to install. With that I can copy tons of MP3s and movies (like Top Gear or Seinfeld episodes.) MP3 playback sounds great, the headphones that came with the unit are actually quite good.

Saw an ad for a new Fall show that looked good, Bionic Woman, played by Michelle Ryan, below. We saw this movie yesterday, Amar Te Duele, not bad.

Me out wearing one of my new pairs of shoes . With the 2 MP cam with flash on the phone, it's so easy to take pics everywhere.

A pic of Hans and Jodi that I meant to post last week, when they were here. We were having dinner at Il Buco when I took it with my cell phone. Like I said, it sounds like they may soon be in town permanently

Friday evening, the weekend is here! Looks like Hans is going to be moving to NY soon . Went out for drinks with Kaye yesterday evening, fun. NAdal won again today, I hope he makes it to the finals and plays Federer like last year.
