Watching One Tree Hill, kinda, in the background, while reading the news, soo dramatic. A little warmer than yesterday, but still 33 F, doesn't feel a whole lot warmer. In fact, the weather report just said it will feel cooler tomorrow because of the wind. Let's see how Google does with their phone over time.

An ISO of It's complicated is copying from the server to the WDTV Media player USB drive (btw, a new version of the firmware came out today, and this time doesn't seem to brick the units).

Uff, cold out. Clear skies at least. We went out to dinner at The Smith last night. Packed as usual. Got home soon and were in bed by 11 or so. Got up early this morning.

On a completely unrelated topic, watched Nadal play yesterday, he lost but played better than he had been in recent months. Today Barca plays at 3 pm, will try to catch the game. I have The Echo playing in the background, not terribly interesting so far.

geez, quite a bit of controversy around the netflix warner bros deal, more here, this week. i think it does suck for consumers, 28 days is too much. i think 14 days might have been reasonable. this will just encourage people finding a way around, same as what happened to the music industry. you mess too much with the market, it finds a way to bypass you.

Long week at the office, but good business developments. Just got home a bit ago, Nicole is still there. Cleaning up second run shows from my DVR. Continues to be cold, low 20s right now. I have to say, I've grown to really like my wireless headphones, I can walk all around the apartment listening to music or the TV, it's great, and the quality is very good.

We still have our Christmas tree, have to take it down this weekend (most likely).
