Awesome trip with Laia to Spain, I got back sound and safe yesterday evening. Laia was a very good girl, behaved well on the plane. It was great seeing her cousins, Elisabet and Caroline, they have a great time together.

We also had a great time at home seeing my parents, enjoying the food and the company. Saw some old friends as well.

Back to reality now, getting ready to start work tomorrow.

Happy 2016 to everybody! We had a fun kids party at home yesterday evening with a few friends, and slept in late this morning!

We visited the Rockefeller Center Tree today, as well as the Holiday Train Show at the Bronx Botanical Gardens, was fun!

those are the key elements that make a great culture: safe, fair and controllable.

two other important related thoughts are transparency (up and down, sharing setbacks, financials, ...). and "truth", which is linked to trust (no need for people to fake/hide)
