time warner outage - union square area
pretty extensive Time Warner Outage this weekend, started Friday afternoon and everything went down: digital cable TV, phone and internet. it's been up and down this morning, mostly down. just popped up briefly now, so i am posting this, not sure how long it will last.

reading the news about all the riots in london, crazy, hope peace comes back and everything gets sorted out. wouldn't wish that on any city.
got an email from jordi today, he is bitten by the startup bug. was expecting it, though 
saw the captain america movie recently, it was OK, maybe a 6.5 on a 10 scale. not quite as great as the last x-men movie.
i wanted to watch the latest true blood episode but it's getting late, not sure i am going to get to it.
nicole and i are planning a mini vacation for labor day weekend, going to montauk, fun.

weekend over
the weekend is winding down, almost over. relaxing for a few minutes at home, organizing my media library. i did some semi- extensive testing of airfoil + spotify and so far so good as a candidate to replace itunes + airtunes to play music around the house. i ended up buying 2 licenses of airfoil, one for my pc and one for my mac for $40, not bad.
raining outside, i can hear it. it's been a hot and muggy day. talked to my parents earlier, and my brother who happened to stop by my parents with their 2 girls.
