saw that the Feds are looking at how google favores its own services in the android powered mobile phones. that prompts the thought, is google the new microsoft. larry page surely shares a lot with gates. since page reclaimed the CEO title, the brakes are off. In his first five months, he has reorganized the company to his liking, cut a bunch of marginal projects like Google Health and mobile app maker Slide, launched a social network to compete with Facebook and bid $12.5 billion to buy Motorola's mobile phone business...

if the FTC continues with the probe, let's hope page doesn't mess up when it's time to testify like bill gates did in 1998 with his infamous irate and condescending videotaped testimony.

Back home after spending the evening at the US Open in Flushing Meadows. Fun times with friends, having dinner, watching the games and just hanging out. The weather was amazing, super nice.

Just got home now, will be getting ready for bed in a bit, have to catch up on a few emails and read the news.

Been texting with Bill, he is Poland for a few more days for a conference.
