time for bed soon. watched 30 days of night: dark days over dinner, it was ok, expected.
thrilled that barca won today, good game vs. arsenal. they got lucky, but so did arsenal in the second half with busquets' goal. they are thru to the next round!

watched the second Harry Potter movie at home with nicole tonight. i think better than the first one, a bit more interesting. let's see how the rest of the series is.
heading to bed soon, usually wake up early on mondays. wish i had 1 extra weekend day to recover 
i updated the homepage of the site today to emphasize how long it's been online: since 1999, like 12 years, sounds crazy that it's been that long. geez, time flies. and the blog itself has been online since 2005, so about 6 years now, over 2,500 posts later.
it's sunday already. saturday at work yesterday, consumed one full weekend day, which is too bad. only 1 day left to rest.
looks cloudy, maybe even rainy outside but at least it's mild, in the 50s.
went out with friends after work last night, we went to this cool new lounge called Mister H. it was a little odd, but it's apparently a celebrity magnet. sure enough, an hour or so after i got there courtney love walked in.
btw, i am sure i've complained about this before, but how many times does itunes have to update itlsef? it's kind of ridiculous. can't they come up with a self-update engine that just swaps up pieces? needs a better architecture so it doesn't have to reinstall the entire thing (+quicktime, like 80 Mb) every single time. it's really bad, shame on apple.
wow, wordpress got taken down by a big denial of service attack, interesting. even as of a couple hours ago they were struggling to stay up.
plus verzon says they have fixed the grip of death issue with their iphone 4. maybe, maybe not.
and crazy charlie sheen becomes the fastest user to get to 1MM followers on twitter, geez.
unrelated, seinfeld was on leno tonight, and he was very funny as usual, great.
barca beats valencia too, 0-1 thanks fo messi towards the end of the game. valuable victory. reading the paper, chill out, like 25 F headed to bed soon, i am unusually tired today.
the ipad2 came out. a little thinner and lighter, plus camera built in. seems OK, but will probably wait to v3 before i upgrade.
