Nice weekend, 5 de Mayo included. Beautiful weather, we took a walk to the Chelsea market on Saturday, ran a few errands, and spent time playing with Laia. On Sunday Nicole held a party for a few friends, all females that had been pregnant around the same time she was, and I headed out for a few hours, ended up watching Iron Man 3, which was cool.
Saw half of The Place Beyond the Pines, I have to finish it. Didn't capture me as much as Drive did a few months back, though still looks good.
Long day at the office today, now finishing up dinner and reading the news.
Interesting article, talks about how 57% of companies using CRM systems don't use existing customer data to personalize their communication, it's just crazy!
"Though more than nine out of ten marketers agree that personalisation is critical to their success, almost half of companies lack the necessary technology to properly implement website personalisation.
The findings come from the new Econsultancy/Monetate Realities of Personalisation Report, which found that 47% of companies cite IT roadblocks as a major barrier to adopting or improving website personalisation.
A similar number of respondents (46%) pointed to legacy technology, while 44% cited lack of budget.
