Tue

This evening I watched (most FFW) a couple episodes of America's Next Top Model. It's OK, but the show doesn't do it for me. Chilly as winter continues in full swing. Building heat works extra well this year, don't even have to turn on my own heat in the apartment. Exchanged a few msgs w/ Bill. Nate confirmed he will be in town this weekend, cool. He arrives Thu evening. On Friday we have the company Holiday party. Also, exchanged some emails with Lindsay and Renee, looks like we may not book our next dinner till January.

Noticed in the news that Verizon will be supporting Android. That's a pretty radical change of strategy for Verizon, quite interesting.

Probably won't be up super long tonight, I am meeting up my friend Chip for a few minutes early tomorrow. Also, hanging out with N tomorrow evening, going to check out the tree which is now all lit up.

Forgot to mention we had our first snow this past weekend. I will post a pic when I get a chance.

Sun night

Very nice day today. Talked to my parents in the morning, then met w/ N for brunch at the Village, then we headed to watch a movie. Had dinner at this French Bistro on Madison which I really like, always very quiet and private. Fun

Weather continued to be chilly. Managed to seal the door to the balcony in my bedroom, which stopped making windy noise plus cut the stream of super cold air from coming into the bedroom. I hadn't had to look into it, so I just kept the heat in the bedroom on all the time to compensate. Much better now, I hope. Still preliminary, but I think it's mostly fixed.

Sat night

Back home. Listening to Bad Moon Rising & Travelin' Band & Have you ever seen the rain (Creedence Clearwater). This little bad called "Black & Tan Carpet Band" used to play covers of theirs songs all the time at the Sunflower Coffeehouse years ago when I lived in Cinci

Super cold out, like serious winter. Everything fine at Super Saturday, a ton of smart candidates, excellent.

May see David & Eva later on tonight, hope they stop by this party at Red Sky on 29th St. Gotta change and go shortly.

Fri night

Super chilly out, particularly because of the wind. Turned on the heat at home, but it doesn't seem like the air is hot enough, will have to talk to the super tomorrow. Had dinner with a friend at Playwright. Not staying up too late, we have this thing at work all day tomorrow.

Adding the latest MP3 folders to my iTunes. If you do a blog search you will find several postings I've made about iTunes, it's just a poorly optimized app for the PC. Cannot handle many tens of thousands of songs, crashes and freezes all the time. Oh well, I only deal with it because I have to sync up the iPod, otherwise I would not bother.

Chip called, gotta meet up some time this weekend. And Craig, and ex colleague from work, left a vmail yesterday. I called back and left a vmail. Talked to N during the day, we are going to hang out Sunday, cool
