Back in Cinci, the Millennium. Will be in meetings all day tomorrow morning, and will fly back to NY in the afternoon. Pretty busy schedule this week.
The travel agent accidentally booked me on a smoking room. The the hotel was out of non-smoking rooms in the club level, so they sent to another lamer room, but it's fine. All I need is a bed.
In the car rental roulette I got upgraded to an SUV at no extra cost. It's a huge 2006 Trailbrazer, white.
In Vegas. Full first day of conferences at NAB 2006. The city is packed with about 150,000 show attendees. Took me a while to register this morning. Need to spend some time in the exhibit halls tomorrow.
Staying at the Luxor South of the Main Strip. It's OK, typical Vegas.
Sunday was pretty rough. Took me about an hour to get a cab from the airport to the hotel, and another hour to check in. That's on top of the 4+ flight hours, and the delays out of Cinci. But I made it, and it's all good.
Several other people I know are here as well. Hans from Siemmens/Seattle and Jesus and Eusebi from Tatamia Solutions/Spain. We all met for dinner today, it was fun.

In Cinci, staying at the Millennium. Pretty intese last couple of days, but I think things will be fine. Saw Doug on Thus, and Charles yesterday. Stopped by to see Marissa @ Pachinko's last night. Meeting w/ a friend for lunch today. May see Bill later for a few, he is heavy study mode for his board certification. Planning on hanging out w Jen later, fun.
Sunny and beautiful outside. I am way behind on email, 178 work-related messages in my inbox, going to take a while to catch up 
Flying out to Vegas in the morning. It was way better/more efficient than flying back to NY this morning, and then flying out from NY to Vegas tomorrow morning.
Talked to Nate for a while tonight, he is doing great in the West Coast. I may go visit shortly and/or he may come to NY as well.
