On the phone with Bill, he got the Geek Squad over to fix his computer this week 
. Extra long night at work. And continues to be cold out. Having some trouble "backing up" The Golden Compass. Not much else to report on right now.

Monday
Just got home, long day at the office. Chilly and cold out, unpleasant for this time of the year. Almost June and still with jackets and long sleeves. Got lunch from Artisanal today, was great . Can't seem to be able to get the Kalyway 1.5.2 OSX x86 version to run on my D420 laptop, gets stuck in a reboot loop. Tried booting in single user mode and running some commands, but no luck. Seems live a video driver issue. Haven't had time to do much with it since Saturday.

Had dinner at Markt, at their new Chelsea location (they used to be on 14th Street, where the Apple Store is now), very nice.
Here are a couple pics my mom sent, they went to my cousin's daughter's first communion today. The first one is of my dad, the second is my cousin Josep and his daughter Celia, and other kids and friends.

Sunday II
Installed XP SP3 on a few of my machines over the weekend, the older ones for which it would be silly to install the resource-hogging and slow Vista. Seemed to go well. I am aware of some issues with SP3, but they should not affect me.
Watched a movie with Nicole last night: Before the Devil Knows You're Dead, with Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ethan Hawke, Marisa Tomei and Alber Finney. Very dark story about 2 brothers and a crime where nobody was supposed to get hurt. I quite enjoyed it, very good. Reminded me of A Simple Plan.
