Wow, it's Thursday already, time goes by so fast!

Got to work sort of early, have to deal with a few things. I am hoping to home early this afternoon. It's a bit overcast, looks like it may even rain today.

I heard from my friend Jordi, we practically grew up together back in Spain. Lots of interesting gossip

So, Bill got tickets to the Lion King in Broadway, we'll go see that when he brings his young niece Lee to NYC. I think she'll be impressed.

I guess I am going to get to meet Grammy-nominated singer Faith Evans next week. She will be performing at a private party here at work, and then will hang out at the bar with us, and meet and greet people, cool. Internationally known DJ Beverly Bond will also be here. She's DJ'd for VH1 and ESPN, and many of the hottest clubs in town.

Picked up my parents from the airport, the flight was a bit delayed. We dropped off their luggage and went grocery shopping (Whole Foods on Columbus Circle.) Got back and had dinner. They went to bed soon, they are very tired, of course.

Bill sent a note - him and Irina may be going out again.

Monday night, fairly long day at work. My parents will be here tomorrow afternoon. I will work from home so I can go pick them up in the afternoon.

It's been nice all day, but it's fairly warm right now, about 86 F outside.

Bill said him and his niece Lee will be visiting in August. That'll be fun.

Yesterday I spent most of the day trying to finish unpacking what I had left. I didn't finish until late. I got something to eat and walked across the street to this club called Katwalk, pretty cool. Talked to Jamie, one of the bartenders, very friendly. I only stayed for a while, but the place had a nice atmosphere and the decor was awesome, I will have to go back . See their logo below.



Got up late today. I am going to have some light breakfast, and I may do Outback on 23rd for lunch (since there is no Longhorn in NYC)
