Happy Father's Day in the US!

We watched the season finale of Vampire Diaries tonight, quite a lot happened! Ate pizza too, as I usually do on Fridays. Now catching up a bit on So You Think You Can Dance, and maybe a bit of BSG later, I am almost done with season 3, only one season left.
We have a packed day tomorrow, Nicole is practicing bicycle riding with her friend Sharon, then we are meeting friends for brunch!
Had not seen the whale in a while, I guess they are getting overwhelmed again.

This week is going by fast, almost half way already. The big event of week in tech was Apple's WWDC.
Apple started off this year’s WWDC with news about its new operating system, OS X Mavericks (bye bye, kitties!). Shortly after, we got a glimpse of one of the new devices that’ll be making use of the new OS, the MacBook Air. Apple’s Phil Schiller started by calling the MacBook Air the “ultimate everyday notebook,” and went right into talking about how the new line of MacBook Airs will feature a new Haswell ULT processor, and what he called “all day battery life.” That could be interesting, will have to consider as a replacement to my aging MacBook Pro. Although a 13" with a retina display may still win out in the decision. Still at least 6 months away, so we will see.
