I watched the final 2 episodes of Spartacus: War of the Damned. Spartacus has been an excellent high quality show, very explicit, did not shy away from violence or adult scenes. The writing and acting was outstanding, and the stunts and cinematography were frequently of better-than movie quality. It was sad to see it end, even more so knowing it was based on historical events and so we knew how it was going to end.
We took a CPR class this week on Thu evening. It was a friends apartment, they organized it, it was a private lesson with an instructor. We ended up being 3 couples with our nannies, so 9 people in total. Plus the 3 babies I guess, 3 little girls, all around 1 year old 
The class was good, useful, easy to follow. Lasted about 2-3 hours in total, so was fairly concise.
And now the weekend is here. I believe we have friends coming in tomorrow morning for a playdate with the babies.
In the meantime my parents are having fun in the Canary Islands, by the ocean, so nice!

Very nice Saturday today. We got up very early and headed to NJ with a zipcar to visit Nicole's dad and Margaret. Nicole had a hair appointment and I stayed at her dad's fixing a few things on the computer, with Laia. When Nicole came back we all went to Longhorn for a delicious lunch as usual . We then drove back into the city and went to a first year birthday party for one of Laia's little friends, Maxine. Got home around 7 pm, and have been relaxing since. I may catch an episode or two of The Walking Dead, I am totally hooked, and well into season 3. Best show I've seen in a long time.
