Here is a picture of my shiny new camera, representing the state of the art in high end compact cameras (along with the Panasonic LX5). Intended to be a portable quasi-replacement for a DSRL, for when you don't want to lug around your 10 pound monster. Imagine qualify is extraordinary, particularly in low-light situations.
Canon Powershot S95 Key Features:
super sunny today, and slightly above 32 (34 F, not much, but we'll take it!)
took a few pictures of the streets last night , still snow around, hopefully a bunch of it will melt during the day today.

looks like my canon s95 should arrive tomorrow, cool. so much talk about spotify, let's see how long before it's a reality. i think it will work pretty well, predict a ton subscribers in the US once launched. it was obvious to me that it would work when my brother showed it to me for the first time over 2 years ago in europe - nobody trades or downloads music anymore, as long as you have spotify you don't need to.
friday evening, my favorite time of the week. got home, walked bogie, it's so wet out. streets are clean but tons of snow accumulated on the sidewalks by the road. temperature still cold and looks like it will like this for the next few days, can't wait for winter to end - and it's still january.
