Kind of a long day at work today. Chris started with us, which is very cool. Quick lunch at Au Bon Gout on 28th and 5th Ave. Fixin something for dinner now. Talked to Pipi briefly on the phone, may be talking again in a while. Warm day, but not too bad. It's 72 out right now, perfect. Going to play with the new HD DVR some more, see if can get my remote commander re-programmed for it.
Fairly typical Monday, Mondays are not good 
. Had dinner with Hans at Les Halles after work, good stuff as usual.
My HD DVR box quit working on Sunday, the hard drive failed (I wonder what might have caused it ). Went by the Time Warner center on 23rd street at lunch today, and picked up another box. Hooked it up tonight, been playing with it. It has different software on it. Still not done playing with all the settings. Looks like I will also have to re-program my Sony remote commander, uses a different remote.
Pretty eventful day. Stayed up late last night, so I got up late today. Had brunch with Hans at Isabella's, a classic on the Upper West Side. The we headed to Nevada Smiths on the East Village to watch some soccer. After that we watched a movie at home, Fracture, with Anthony Hopkins. Then Hans headed home and I met up with Pep at the Apple store. We hang out for a while, then headed up to Columbus to meet up with Eva and Regina. We had dinner at a Chinese place on campus called Olleis, pretty good stuff. Then we went to a little bar nearby for a drink. Took the M11 back to my place, that took a while. Didn't realize 120th street is so far!
Anyway, a regular week starts tomorrow. At least we are off next Monday, that will be cool.
Went out for a bit last night. Headed out shortly to meet Hans. Nice weather out, sunny and relatively cool.
There is now an iPhone hack via software, which is very interesting. This means it can be unlocked and used on any network, and that also opens it up for international use. Let's see how Apple and AT&T react.
Cool music in Harlem with Pep, Juanito and Ana this evening at the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival, at Marcus Garvey Park. I will post a couple pics when I get the chance. Texting with Judit, who is at a crazy party at Katia's after a Stereo Total concert. With Hans earlier, we are going to have brunch at the Ritz tomorrow. Talked to Eva earlier as well, we'll see if we can do something tomorrow. Got cools pics from Molly and Leah on Friday, while there were golfing. Have to call Monika tomorrow. Heard from Bill, he was at the Pit Stop tonight, fun
