So, our boss said this week that, after talking to some big shots at the Goldman Sacks Internet conference, including Ram Shiram, that we, as engineers, have to come with "sockingly cool site features" - that's the trick. Sounds good to me. Let's see what we can come up with. Should be fun 
Wow, Google released their new Street Level improvement to Google Maps today in response to MS's Bird Eye View. Pretty amazing. You can see actual pictures of every street at street level, and navigate it, turn around, zoom in. Brings things close to "being there". Only works with New York City and a couple other of cities for now.
Below is a pic of the intersection at 35th and 5th, near my apartment. Graduate Center to the left, shops to the right. Seriously cool.

Getting to be kind of late, better go to bed soon. Saw Smallville's season finale, it was OK. Haven't followed the show much this season, so I was missing bits and pieces.
