Earlier on I went out to get something to eat and walked by Macy's at Herald Square. Shops these days are often open until 11 pm, so it was busy, even though it was kind of late.

I took a couple pics, which you can see here.

I had no plans to buy anything, but of course I ended up walking into Old Navy, The Gap and H&M and buying a bunch of stuff in all 3 places. They had deals too good to pass up

I guess I will stay in tonight.

In watching trailers I came across the one for the upcoming Munich, about the massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics. Looks very good. The main character is played by Eric Bana.

Also, New World, with Collin Farrell looks good. It introduces Q'Orianka Kilcher . I've put together a collage off the trailer, below.

Got up late today, I was out until late last night. Stopped by 1849 in the Greenwitch Village. Friendly people, met Stephanie, Solomon and Julianne.

I noticed that evil Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer, has reported better-than expected Friday sales. It expects to post a 4+ percent gain in same-store sales for November, helped by better-than expected sales during the post-Thanksgiving day shopping rush. Not surprised given the amount of people on the streets yesterday.
