Hung out w/ Nate this evening, fun. We had dinner at Vento, then went to the Soho Grand for drinks. He will be in town for 2 weeks, plenty of things to do .

Microsoft Virtual Earth software

I've posted about this before. MS has released a new version recently, still Beta. The 3D stuff is fine, but not that different from Google Earth. But their bird's eye view is just incredible, everything looks so detailed. Below are a few locations in NYC, they look amazing, I think:

Kind of cold out, and cloudy, ugh. Downloaded a couple 1080 HD traliers last night, they look amazing at full screen resolution. Reading the papers. Will head to work shortly.
