Sunday - lunch

After the game we headed to Union Square and have brunch at a terrace. The weather is so incredibly nice, totally felt like summer. After that, I headed home, I had to take care of some errands. The Polish National Day parade went up 5th ave, I took a couple pics that I will post later when I have a moment. It was quite nice.

Sunday - football game

Got up early to go watch the Barca game with Pep and Jaume today, very cool. Nevada Smiths was incredibly packed, we could barely move. Several English Premiereship games were also taking place, including Chelsea (very annoying, loud fans) and Liverpool. The game went very well for Barcelona, easily won 3-0 against Atletico de Madrid, a team that had posed difficulties in previous matchups. Henry, Deco, Ronaldinho, Giovanni, and Messi, as usual, played well.

Deco - Barcelona vs. Atletico 2007

Sat night

Met up at West 4th, the Village was incredibly crowded, the nice weather helped. We walked over to the East Village, stopped by a couple places. We are meeting again tomorrow to watch the Barca game at Nevada Smiths, cool. Not particularly tired, since I got up late. But I should go to bed soon. Talked to Bill earlier, he went home. Got a txt from Toni yesterday, he is in Vancouver already.

Free game

Caught up with an old friend, Steve, for a while. Just ate something as well, watched a bit of TV. Can't believe how warm it is out, feels like summer. May meet with Jose later on. I still have to post the pics from the recent trip to Spain, see if I can get around to it. Called TW about this odd "Operator Services" line item on my bill, which was like $20. Turns out one of my recent guests must have made an operator-initiated call, tsk, tsk.
