Mon

Mondays, a least favorite day of the week. Busy day at work. Started raining late this afternoon, been raining since.

Got a settlement letter from Verizon, long story. I entered this class action suit connected to their over-aggresive spam blocking techniques. Too tired to explain in detail, you can read about it here:

Also got this long email from Suki, she is too funny, boy are we guys clueless or what.

Sun II

OK, Sunday is over, time to go to bed soon. I think we are supposed to get rain this week. It's still clear out.

Been sneezing quite a bit, I guess Spring is here.

Laundry

Been doing laundry for a while, pretty exhausting

Watching episodes of the latest season of Star Academy, the French version of American Idol. Actually, both France's and Spain's versions are similar and quite different from the UK's Pop Idol or US's American Idol. It's an Academy setting and you watch the students learn with teachers (dance, choreography, voice, diction, etc.) and progress every week, building up to their performance day. You get to know each one of the characters a lot more in depth, it's not just about the one performance every week.

I went into Duane Read to buy laundry detergent, and found they had a brand and flavor of tea I'd looking for forever. It's Lipton Orginal Green Tea with Honey. They ran out of it immediately every time they bring it in. I bought all the bottles they had on display, 13 . For some reason very few places carry it, and FreshDirect doesn't have it.

Cycle jackets

So, my brother got this super-cool cycle jacket for Xmas and ever since I saw it I wanted one too . I know the season is almost over, but they look so hot that I finally just couldn't resist and got some myself:

Which one is your favorite? The third one to the right was on back order, not sure I'll be able to get it. The other 2 I got.

Barcelona vs. Madrid

The top game of the week in the Spanish La Primera ended up in a draw yesterday. For a different perspective, you can check out what Reuters had to say:

La expulsión perjudicó tanto al Barça como al Madrid -Rijkaard

If you are language-impaired, you can read about it on ESPN

Ronaldo scored for Madrid and Ronaldinho for Barcelona.
