Haze, hot and humid out, but not too bad for this time of the year. Talked to my parents a bit ago. Called Bill to see what he was doing.
Went out after work with colleagues yesterday, we went to the Metro Hotel rooftop, kind of cool. It's very close to my place. It poured for a few minutes and some people got wet. I actually headed back home relatively soon, and went to bed before 1 am, early for me.
Backing up some NetFlix movies, and continuing to copy my MP3 collection, I only have about 50 CDs left now. I haven't looked too carefully, but I think the total collection size is probably in the 250 Gb range. I may go out for bit later, let's see. Also wanted to get a haircut, my hair is out of control 
And the weekend is almost here, yes! Kind of long days at work this week, but also interesting. Chris stopped by today to talk to my boss, I hope we can lure him. Also talked to a very smart dude, Alan, earlier this week. We are trying to get him as well. And Hans starts Monday. And I need to talk to Nate to see how serious he is about considering a move.
Booked a surprise for my cousins today, it's for their 25th anniversary, on behalf of Fatima's brother & wife. Should be pretty cool. I am not going to say what it is, just in case
Watched SYTYCD today. The b-boy and girl got eliminated, Dominic and Sara. She was way cool. It makes sense, though, the ones left are probably even better.

Talked to Bill and Bobby tonight. Bobby is in Boston, he is supposed to be in NY tomorrow for client meetings, but he doesn't know 100% yet. If he does make it, we will go out and hang out. If not, we will delay it till next week. Kim is going to be in town this weekend, looking for an apartment. Sunday everybody arrives: Hans, Pep and my cousins.
Poker tournament tonight at work, I ended up getting third place, made out with a few hundred $, not bad . Tons of fun, free pizza and booze. Just getting home now. Need to get in touch with Chip tomorrow, and also with Kim.
