Google Earth
This morning I've been playing some with Google Earth. I had downloaded it a few weeks back when it came out, but hadn't had time to check it out. It's a desktop version of Google Maps, and it uses streaming to download the detailed terrain data. Works pretty well, below is a pic of my neighborhood from 3,000 feet.
You can see the Empire State Building in the lower left corner.
Fri night
We had dinner at home and watched a movie tonight. I was planning on going out for a bit, but finally decided to stay in, too tired. The movie was so bad is was good 
, House of the Dead. I noticed Smallville's Erica Durance (Lois Lane) had a small part in it.

It's been super-hot these past few days. New York City hit a record high energy usage yesterday due to people cranking up their A/C to battle the temperatures. It's a lot better today, easily in the low 70's, and it's supposed to be nice for a couple more days.
I'm taking my parents on a sailing boat trip this afternoon, weather-permitting. Should be nice. We'll be sailing off Port Washington in Long Island.

Johnnie Walker
We deployed a tablet PC data capture test at the Johnnie Walker 200th Anniversary Party tonight. Went pretty well. Hot party, lots of cool people, by invitation only. Lots of media, and interest. Took place at Skyline Studio in Soho. Quite a few colleagues from work, Crystiina, Ann, Nicole, Gerry, Kary, etc. Just got home. Will analyze the data captured tomorrow, I am very tired.
Free booze for everybody, all differents blends of JW (Gold, Black, Red, Green and Blue, the most exclusive)
Have a meeting early on with Playtex tomorrow.
