BofA
Wow, BofA was super-quick to replace all of MBNA's systems, communications, processes, etc. But, as it turns out, they were too quick. They are sending MBNA customers to the bankofamerica.com website, which is (a) barely able to keep up with the load, and (b) fails to respond to account detail requests after you login (it generates a URL error.)
Very weak and disappointing first impression from BofA. They should have taken their time and guaranteed everything actually worked before cutting customers over in a rush to a broken site.
