Still love my new monitor, it's now been a month or so, and I fully appreciate the 1920x1200 resolution and amazing brightness of the 24" BenQ FP241W.

Picked up a pair of Sennheiser PXC 250 Noise Canceling Headphones for my upcoming trip to Spain. I somehow lost my great in-ear Etymotic's, or somebody stole them from my travel bag. They had 3+ years anyway, so this will be a welcome change.

Also some household basics, got a couple bathroom rugs and some Duvet covers.

BTW, checked out Steve and Barry's at the Manhattan Mall today, after hitting the J&R Express at Macy's. Got a couple pairs of Starbury's sneakers (below - $15 a pair!) and some t-shirts, cool store. People go crazy over Starbury's sneakers, so the store had to a set a purchase limit of 10 pairs per person per day.

I don't remember if I had mentioned that Google issued my first check a couple of weeks ago for the ads on my soap opera sites: $102.57. Took about 16 months to generate that money, at a rate of about $6 a month. The goal was to cover all the yearly domain registration costs, and so far it's easily been accomplished ![]()
