Wed - More MBNA Woes
Back home, long day, but I expected it after 2 days out. So, I went to pay my Bank of America credit card statement for this month (ex-MBNA) and I had another big disappointment. Their Pay Now links don't work at all. I decided to call into Customer Service, and a nice gentleman informed me I had to go to a new site called myeasypayment.com to pay via an online check. When I asked how I was supposed to know that, he said I would know if the bank had informed its customers, but it did not, so the only way to find out what to do was to call in. Crazy. What an extremely poorly handled transition after their purchase of MBNA.
