EU ministers clash over illegal migrants
The dispute over how to solve Europe's spiraling migration crisis had countries arguing over who was to blame and who should foot the bill. More than 23,000 migrants have reached the Canary Islands of Spain so far this year, including a group of Africans at the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on Thursday.
