Long day at work, just got done having dinner at watching 24 
Tomorrow will probably be similar. Then I'm on a 6:45 am flight to Cinci, ouch.
Still not quite as warm as I'd like it to be. BTW, got a call from my broker, she left me a message. She wanted to tell me several apartments in my building similar to mine have already appreciated like 30% in the last 9 months, awesome.
Dinner w/ a cool client, Michelle, tomorrow.
