I've slightly upgraded the blog admin tools so that I can post various file types and associate them to articles. Initially I didn't think of it, I only coded it to upload/write images that can be displayed inside articles. Now I can post any file type easily, for example, a good book on Cascading Style Sheets for web developers and designers:
