looks like lots of tech news today: facebook is finally releasing a phone with their own social features built in - codename buffy. doesn't sound too compelling yet i guess we'll have to see. the manufacturer is HTC, a capable one.

also, forget about 6 degrees or separation, new FB studies show it's 5, or more exactly 4.74.

and both netflix and groupon continue to take a beating. groupon is down to near IPO prices. let's see if the make it in the end, seems like a lot of trouble ahead.
