At Ferran Adria's cookbook signing

We went to Ferran Adria's cookbook signing event today, it was in Columbus Circle, at the Williams and Sonoma store in there. It nice and smoothly, we got there maybe 45 min ahead, bought the book, The Family Meal: Home Cooking With Ferran Adria, which promotes simple home cooking which aligns well with the current times, as this Business Week article mentions.

We waited on line, and he arrived perfectly on time. We were one of the first people to go thru, he was very nice, Nicole brought our pictures from El Bulli last year and he happily signed them, which was great, along with the book, of course.

Very nice experience.
