Elections in Spain, Juno, iPhone and Blackberry, lunch
Today is Election Day in Spain, let's see who will win. PP and PSOE and the 2 main parties, similar republicans and democrats in the US. Results should be known in a few hours. The have been alternating for past several years. It was PSOE, then PP, now PSOE again.
Watched Juno with Nicole yesterday, very cute, liked it.
Saw that Apple release the iPhone SDK this week, about time. That will be neat, I am sure cool applications will come out of it which will boost the phone's usability, nice move. Apple is also equipping the phone to go head to head against the Blackberries in the business world. We'll see, the iPhone main challenge is its keyboard, it can never be as fast as the Blackberry real keyboard. But I can see the Exchange features making a difference, that may be enough to get some people to convert over.
Also saw that Microsoft is talking to Sony about a Blu-ray unit for the X-box. That would be good. A little surprising because it would shave some of the PS3's competitive edge, but at the same time it would become another source of income for Sony.
Talked to my parents a few moments ago, everything OK. Lunch at The Smith today, have to head out shortly. I think it's cold out. At least it's not raining.
