Backslash
Funny how much confusion there is out there about "back slash" vs. "forward slash". Even as I was on hold with Amex today, their messages referred to URLs on their site as "back slash this" or "back slash that". It should rather be forward slash (which is / ). Now, there is no harm in using \ instead on a URL, works fine, which probably helps the confusion. Heard it many other times, even on TV and adds. Seems like Banks are particularly prone to it, Bank of America is another one that comes to mind in some of their ads.
