Windows is such a pain when it comes to patches. I mean, fine, patch away as much as you want but don't make me reboot every single time. It would seem like MS has had ample time now - over 10 years - to figure out how to update an OS while it's running, without having to reboot. Typically my computer is doing a wide range of batch tasks, downloading, processing, etc that take time. I am not going to interrupt everything every few days to reboot. Then you get the extra-annoying "Restart Now" or "Restart Later" thing, which pops up every few minutes.
