This week was very busy at the office, first on Thu evening we hosted a Founder Institute event at our offices, had to get all the logistics taken care of, plus speak at the event. Everything went fine, though with the big snow storm attendance was a little less than expected. We partnered with the NY chapter of the Founder Institute and we will host some of the recruitment events, plus the entire first semester of 2015 at our offices. Gabe Zichermann was there, he is the Director of FI for NY, funny guy.

Then on Friday we organized a conference at the office with internal speakers teaching a range of topics, from developer efficiency to how to best handle your calendar and email, or how to win the first impression in a business meeting. Was well received by our staff. I was part of the group organizing and running the event.

In the middle of all this I also helped upgrade the stereo in our gym. Installed a nice amplifier with a set of 10 x Orbs and 2 wireless subwoofers, sounds quite good, they are happy
