My summer salad

One of my favorite dinner salads. Ingredients as follows:

1. Clementines, from Valencia (Spain)
2. Montchevre fresh goal cheese, US
3. Organic Spinach, NY local
4. As Do Mar tuna filets, Portuguese
5. Arbequina Olive Oil, Catalonia (Spain)
6. Balsamic Vinegar, Modena (Italy)
7. Estrella beer, Barcelona (Spain)
8. Mixed olives: castelvetrano (Italy), mazanilla (Spain), arbequinas (Catalonia)
9. Avocado Oil Chips, US

toss and enjoy.
