Sat

Saw a red Ferrari F430 on 34th street this morning, moving fast. Also saw a bright yellow (as in cab yellow) SL-63 AMG, very cool. I guess summer is finally here, the weather is nice out. It's supposed to rain, I think, but it was fine while I was out earlier. Saw one of those FlatRate trucks, a moving company. They offer you "flat rate" moving, trouble is their moving guys try to extort you and get more money saying your place actually qualifies for a "higher" flat rate than what you were originally quoted, so you are no better than with a regular moving company, they all try to rip you off one way or another. Few business get away with as much as moving.

I think Bill's board certification test is tomorrow, hope it goes well . We have dinner at Alta with Nicole's friends.

Roland Garros is on. Federer playing right now, he will easily move on to the next round. I believe Rafa plays tomorrow. McEnroe was just saying that in 30+ years he has never seen a better clay player.

Thu

Thursday, the weekend is almost here. Tons of events over the next few days: going to Alta for dinner over the weekend, then going to Seinfeld's show on Monday, then going to Allen and Delancy, then Nicole's birthday, then my parents arrive...busy schedule!

Had dinner with Hans a bit ago. Going to bed soon today, have a business trip to Boston tomorrow, have to get up early.

Tue

Fixin' something to eat, Tue night. Some rain today, but mostly a mild day. Intense day because it followed a long weekend, as expected. Time to pay my co-op's yearly insurance bill, booo. Got an email from Toni, he has landed a sales job with Orange, nice. Watched the season finale of CSI: Miami yesterday, all very dramatic, Horation may be dead, we'll have to wait till next season.

XKCD

Haha, the Times had a story about xkcd, I kind of forgot about them, used to check them out. Here is one of their classics (only funny if you know at least a bit of unix)
