Not sure what's up but it looks like Time Warner massively upgraded the Road Runner network speed on my node in Manhattan. I am seeing ridiculously fast download speeds. I checked with various servers and I am getting 20 Mbps from Chicago and DC, and up to 30 Mbps in NYC. I used to get 9 to 10 Mbps max. Hope it's not a glitch and it remains in place! Cool 
Talked to Nate for a minute this morning, he is really considering moving to NYC, that would be great. Let's see, he will ikely make up his mind this week.
Need to go to bed relatively soon tonight, getting picked up by a car at 6 am tomorrow (ouch)
Nicole sent me this post at eater.com, her friend Janet, who works at Bar Milano, was on the front page today, cool.
